If you find an issue with your order, please report it to infopnjinternational@gmail.com
within 30 days of your order. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after this time frame.
NOTE: Please provide photos and as much detail as possible when reporting any issues.

The best place to start in wanting to learn about a product is by visiting the product page.
orders are shipped via Australia Post e-parcel. You will be able to track your order using a unique tracking number that is associated with your order. You will receive the tracking number associated with your order via email once your order has been processed by our warehouse.
Please note you will only be able to track the delivery status of your order after it has been processed by our warehouse, not before.
It depends on where in Australia your order is being delivered to, generally it will take between 2 - 7 business days.
If you have made a mistake on your order (happens to the best of us) or want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as you can.
Order cancellations or amendments can only occur before our warehouse has commenced the packing process, which generally happens not long after an order is placed. We can verify the order status with you, however, we will not be able to provide a cancellation refund or amend any part of your order, if is already in the process of being packed.
